WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We want you to be happy with the quality, look and functionality of your Voltz product. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return your item for a full refund. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return. Returned items must be in an unused condition, unless faulty. We can’t accept a return if it arrives used, or damaged due to improper packaging. Preferably return in the original packaging.
Please note if you need to return multiple items, each individual product will need to be submitted separately.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
UK returns are free.
HOW LONG WILL MY RETURN TAKE TO PROCESS?
For UK returns we expect to have them back to us within 2 working days, and you can expect to hear from us a couple of working days after it’s been delivered. If you haven’t heard from us and you’re concerned, please get in touch at hello@voltzme.com.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
Should you wish to exchange your order for a different colour or product, please email us at hello@voltzme.com to process your exchange. Your Exchange will be dispatched after your item arrives back with us. If you exchange for a higher value item, payment will be due before we dispatch your item.
